全自动热切机的设计与实践

摘 要:热切工艺在LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic)产品加工过程中起着关键作用。传统的热切机都是手动上下料,生产效率较低,不能满足企业的规模化生产。针对以往热切机效率低下的问题,设计并实现一款能够自动上下料的全自动热切机,具有深远的市场意义。在传统半自动热切机的基础上,设计自动上下料组件、定位预热组件、热切组件等机构,并配备视觉系统、运动平台控制系统、传输系统等软件,完成LTCC产品的全自动热切,提高生产效率,降低人工成本。

Abstract:The thermal cutting process plays a key role in the processing of Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic products.The traditional Thermal Cutter is the manual loading and unloading material, the production efficiency is low, cannot meet the enterprise scale production.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in the past, the design and implementation of a automatic machine can automatic loading and unloading material, has far-reaching market significance.On the basis of the traditional semi-automatic Thermal Cutter, automatic loading and unloading material  mechanism, positioning and preheat components, hot components, equipped with vision system, motion platform control system, transmission system, complete automatic hot cutting LTCC products, improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
