新旧动能转换语境下工匠精神的传承与创新研究
摘 要：随着中国经济进入新常态，在新旧动能转换的新背景下，以工匠精神的内涵及当代价值为切入点，详细叙述了工匠精神传承与创新的时代意义及发展思路，为加快我国经济转型、提高产业发展层次及促进经济可持续发展提供可参考及可操作的建议和意见。

Abstract：With China's economy entering the new normal, under the new background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, the spirit and connotation of the craftsman and the contemporary value of craftsman spirit are taken as the starting point.This article describes the significance and development ideas of the spiritual inheritance and innovation of the craftsman in detail, and provides some suggestions and suggestions for speeding up the economic transformation, improving the industrial development level and promoting the sustainable development of the economy.
