人机交互导向下机电类产品造型设计创新研究

摘 要:为了进一步完善机电类产品的造型设计,改善目前机电类产品的造型设计只注重研究功能结构和仿生,不注重人机交互性的产品造型设计以及缺乏用户感性意向的现状,本文从人机工程学为主要研究方向,分析了数控机床仿真设备的功能、材料与工艺,通过以数控机床仿真设备造型设计为出发点的实际设计案例,完善了机电类产品设计过程中缺少人机交互因素的造型设计,提出了基于人机交互导向下机电类产品造型设计的设计关键点。

Abstract: In order to further improve the design of mechanical and electrical products, improve the modeling design of mechanical and electrical products at present, only pay attention to the research of functional structure and bionics, do not pay attention to the design of human-computer interaction and lack of user's emotional intention. Based on ergonomics, the main research direction is analyzed, and the numerical control machine tool is analyzed. The function, material and technology of the simulation equipment, through the actual design case with the modeling design of the numerical control machine tool simulation equipment, perfect the design of the mechanical and electrical product design process which lacks the human-computer interaction factor, and put forward the key point of the design of the mechanical and electrical products based on the human-computer interaction guidance.
