基于低碳饮食的个人营养料理伴侣机概念设计研究

摘 要:本文旨在探索既能满足乐活族的低碳饮食需求,又能培养人们健康低碳饮食生活方式的概念厨房家电产品设计。针对乐活族的饮食特征和生活方式、相关厨房家电产品现状、现有技术支持等方面进行了全面的设计调研。立足于低碳饮食的基本特征,以“低碳、营养”为主题展开设计,确定了营养及热量检测、食材搭配建议、食材简单加工作为该产品的三大主要功能。在此基础上,进行草图及效果图绘制,并制作外观模型进一步验证了设计构思。基于低碳饮食的个人营养料理伴侣概念设计在一定程度上弥补了市场上现有产品的不足,符合当下可持续发展的社会背景下大众的健康生活饮食趋势。

Abstract:In order to explore the concept of kitchen appliance design which can not only meet the low carbon diet needs of Lehuo nationality, but also cultivate the healthy low carbon diet lifestyle. An overall design survey has been taken about the characteristics of diet and lifestyle, the current situation of kitchen appliances, the existing technical support etc. Based on the basic characteristics of low carbon diet, with the design theme of "low carbon, nutrition", determined Nutrition and caloric testing, Suggestions for matching ingredients,Simple processing of food materials as the three main functions of the product.On this basis, sketches and effect drawings are drawn, and the appearance model is made to further verify the design idea.In some extent, the concept design of individual nutrition partner based on low carbon diet makes up for the deficiency of the existing products in the market and accords with the trend of healthy living diet of the masses under the social background of current sustainable development.
