3D打印技术在古代早期陶器复制中的应用

摘 要:随着3D打印技术应用范围的不断发展与普及,越来越多的博物馆和文物修复人员尝试将3D打印技术融入到传统的文物修复中去。本文主要围绕新石器时期的陶器复制工作, 从文物信息的采集到文物实体的修复复制,讨论3D打印技术在操作中的具体应用及其优劣。文章主要运用的研究方法是比较法与复原实验的方法。3D扫描的非接触式采集文物信息的特点,杜绝了传统接触式采集复制文物信息而带来的二次损害风险。3D打印逐渐融入到传统文物修复方案的制定与实施中,使其可以适应多材质文物的不同需求,更好的提升了传统文物修复的效率。

Abstract:With the development of application and popularization of 3D printing, more and more museums and cultural relics restorer try to use 3D printing technology combine with the traditional restoration. This paper mainly focuses on the reproduction of pottery in the neolithic period, the collection of cultural relics and the restoration and reproduction of cultural relics, and discusses the specific application of 3D printing technology in operation and its advantages and disadvantages. The main research methods used are comparative method and recovery experiment in this paper. The characteristics of the non-contact information collection information of 3D scanning have put an end to the risk of secondary damage caused by traditional contact collection and reproduction of cultural relic information. 3D printing is gradually integrated into the development and implementation of traditional cultural relic restoration programs, so that it can adapt to the different needs of multi-material cultural relics and better improve the efficiency of traditional cultural relics restoration.
