北美AAR M-1002标准罐车內罐制造工艺研究
摘 要：AAR M-1002是北美铁道协会（Association of American Railroads）关于罐车的设计、制造的标准。本文主要简要介绍了北美一种罐车内罐结构特点，对内罐工艺重点、难点进行了分析，通过分析设计了卷板工艺、对筒工艺、埋弧焊工艺、热处理工艺重点工序的生产工艺方案，通过样车试制及小批量生产满足标准及质量要求。

Abstract： AAR M-1002 is one of the standards of Association of American Railway and applies to the design, manufacture of tank cars. The document briefly introduces the structure features of inner tank of one kind of North American tank cars, analyze the key process points and difficulties. Developing plate rolling process, shell matching process, submerged arc welding process, manufacture process proposal of key stages of heat treatment to conform with the standard and quality standard by prototype and small batch production.
