住宅厨卫空间的适老性设计方法探究
摘 要：本文在中国人口老龄化趋势日益加快的背景下，以适老性设计原则为依据探究住宅厨卫空间的适老性设计方法。首先阐述适老性设计的相关概念以及老年人对厨卫空间环境的需求，提出住宅厨卫空间的适老性原则，从安全性、功能性、舒适性、私密性四个方面尝试探究具体的设计方法，为住宅厨卫空间的适老性设计提供依据。

Abstract：Under the background of accelerating population aging in China, this paper explores the design method of residential kitchen and bathroom space based on the principle of fitness for the elderly. First, it expounds the relevant concepts of the old design and the needs of the old people on the kitchen and sanitation space environment, puts forward the principle of the fitness of the residential kitchen and toilet space, and tries to explore the concrete design methods from four aspects of security, functionality, comfort and privacy, which provides the basis for the design of the housing and kitchen space.
