旅游视角下的历史文化街区保护与利用研究——以长春新民大街为例
摘 要：在长春成功获批国家历史名城的背景下，本文以历史文化街区中的新民大街为例，通过历史背景介绍、综合价值分析，在旅游视角下提出建立东北亚文化旅游示范街区，以伪满时期殖民历史为基点，结合东北旅游特色形成“区景一体”，并从三个阶段论述新民大街作为东北亚文化旅游示范街区的线路策略。

Abstract：Under the background that Changchun has been approved successfully, this article takes Xin min Street in the historical and cultural district as an example, through the historical background introduction, the comprehensive value analysis, under the tourism angle of view, proposes to establish the Northeast Asia cultural tourism demonstration district. Based on the colonial history of the period of pseudo-Manchu period and combining the characteristics of tourism in Northeast China, the paper discusses the route strategy of Xin min Street as a demonstration block of cultural tourism in Northeast Asia from three stages.
