探索中国特色的居室适老化设计
摘 要：本文通过对国内国情和国内老年人对局室需求的了解，对老年用户进行居室适老化设计，会大大的提高老年人在居室内生活的满意度。本文首先说明了对老年用户进行居室适老化设计的必要性，然后分析了国外和国内因为文化、基本国情的不同，其养老服务模式也是不适用于国内现状。接着本文分析了制约国内居室适老化设计的因素。最后本文根据中国居住生活方式研究”课题组对国内中等收入老年人对居室需求的调研结果提出了设计建议。

Abstract：This article through the domestic situation and the domestic elderly understanding of the needs of the bureau, the aging of the room for the suitable aging design will greatly improve the elderly living in indoor living satisfaction. The firstly,This article explained the necessity of old-age users' room for the suitable aging design.The secondly,it analyzes that the pension service model of foreign countries and domestic countries is not suitable for the domestic situation due to the differences in culture and basic national conditions.The third,this article analyzes the factors that restrict the appropriate aging design of domestic homes. In the end, the article summarizes the main points of aging room design.
