工业遗产保护再利用与城市空间一体化设计
摘 要：物质类文化遗产与非物质文化遗产共同组成了工业遗产，工业遗产具有相当的艺术价值、历史价值、科技价值、社会价值与经济价值。在我国社会经济的持续发展过程中，我国城市化进程的推进速度越来越快，许多工业遗产均无法逃脱被拆除的命运，或已遭到了十分严重的破坏。在此条件下，本文将简要剖析我国现行的工业遗产再利用模式，找出我国工业遗产保护过程中存在的不足，并提出相应对策，探寻如何在工业遗产保护再利用过程中实现城市空间一体化，以促进我国的工业遗产保护与再利用事业。

Abstract：Material heritage and intangible cultural heritage constitute industrial heritage,industrial heritage has considerable artistic value,historical value, scientific and technological value, social value and economic value.In the course of the continuous development of our country's social economy,the process of urbanization in China is advancing faster and faster,many industrial heritages are unable to escape the fate of being demolished,or have been badly damaged.Under this condition，this article will briefly analyze the current mode of Industrial Heritage Reuse in China,find out the deficiencies in the process of industrial heritage protection in China,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,explore how to achieve urban spatial integration in the process of industrial heritage conservation and reuse,to promote the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in China.
