高校创新创业人才培养模式研究
摘 要：大学生创新创业既是时代发展的需要，也是高校的重要职责，同时也是衡量高校对社会贡献的一个重要方面。本文通过国内外高等教育中创新创业人才的培养模式和高等教育中扶持发展创新创业人才必要性两个方面进行表述，指出目前高校创新创业人才培育面临的困境，提出了相应的对策建议：转变创新创业教育思想观念；加强创新创业教育师资建设；完善创新创业教育课程体系；健全创新创业教育实践平台。

Abstract：The innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students is the need of the times, as well as the important responsibilities of colleges and universities. It is also an important aspect to measure the contribution of colleges and universities to society.This article through the expression of the two aspects to support the necessity of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, innovation and Entrepreneurship of higher education at home and abroad in the training mode and higher education, pointed out that the innovative talent cultivation of universities are facing difficulties, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:Transform the ideas of innovation and entrepreneurship education; strengthen the construction of innovative and pioneering education teachers; perfect the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education; perfect the practice platform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
