乡村教育的服务设计模式探讨

摘 要:随着服务设计的范围不断增大,服务设计逐渐被用于解决社会问题以及社会矛盾,通过对设计问题的重新定义、对设计过程和创新方式的解构,在比较系统性的解决方案的指导下帮助实现可持续性社会的转型。随着我国教育资源不平衡格局的不断加大,城乡之间、区域之间教育资源比例严重失衡也逐渐成为当今社会的突出问题之一。因此,文章提出基于服务设计理念,以服务设计的视角介入乡村教育,分析乡村教育存在的问题并进行展望,为乡村教育的探索提供参考。

Abstract:With the ever-increasing scope of service design, service design is gradually being used to solve social problems and social conflicts. Through the interpretation and redefinition of design problems, and the re-deconstruction of design processes and innovative methods, system solutions have been developed. Under the social sustainable transformation. With the continuous increase of the unbalanced pattern of educational resources in our country, the imbalance in the ratio of educational resources between urban and rural areas and between regions has gradually become one of the outstanding problems in today’s society. Therefore, based on the service design concept, the article proposes to intervene rural education from the perspective of service design, analyzes the problems existing in rural education, and looks ahead to provide a reference for the exploration of rural education.
