多项目设计管理研究
摘 要：随着经济和企业的发展，设计管理越来越得到人们的重视，它能够帮助人们更好地配置和使用设计资源，维持整个设计体系的有效运作。归根到底，设计管理既是对设计的管理，也是对管理的设计，使企业在面临复杂、重大的项目或者多个项目并行时，能够游刃有余地保证各项工作协调、有序地进展，并保持创造性与活力。

Abstract：With the development of economy and enterprise, design management has been increasingly concerned. It can help people better allocate resourses and maintain the effective operation of the entire design system. To be honest, design management is both a management of design and a design of management, enabling companies, especially an exhibition conpany, to ensure coordinated, orderly running in the face of complex, significant projects or multiple projects.
