移动医疗平台用户体验优化设计研究——以大象就医APP为例
摘 要：随着移动医疗快速发展，用户体验逐渐成为提升医疗产品核心竞争力和用户满意度的重要内容。文章通过分析传统医疗行业与现有移动医疗平台的用户体验问题，以大象就医APP为例，分析现有流程问题点以及在情境化模式下的就医角色设计，就医场景构建和服务流程优化的过程。通过对现有移动医疗产品就医服务流程设计的分析研究，寻求基于用户就医情境的产品设计方法论以此来融合线上线下就医场景，为用户提供更便捷的移动医疗服务。

Abstract：With the rapid development of mobile medical service, user experience has gradually become an important part of improving core competitiveness and user satisfaction of medical products. Through the analysis of the user experience of the traditional medical industry and the existing mobile medical platform, this paper takes the“Da Xiang” APP as an example to analyze the problems of the existing process， the design of the medical role in the situational mode, the construction of medical scene and the process of optimizing the service process. Through the analysis and research of the existing medical service process design of mobile medical products, the product design methodology based on the user's medical situation is sought to integrate the line and online medical scene, intend to provide more convenient mobile medical services for the users.
