数控车床加工精度的影响因素及提高方法分析

摘 要:随着我国经济的发展,数控车床这一先进的机械加工制造设备最大程度地满足了装备制造业在加工生产中的设备需求。就当前而言,我国的数控技术发展状况较好,但是加工精度问题一直是工件加工制作过程中的“大难题”。本文正是围绕数控车床加工精度的影响因素进行阐述,并针对性地提出了一些改进方法。

Abstract:with the development of China's economy, CNC lathe this advanced machining equipment, to the greatest extent to meet the equipment manufacturing industry in processing and production equipment needs. As far as the current situation is concerned, the development of CNC technology in our country is better, but the machining accuracy has been a major problem in the process of workpiece processing". This paper expounds the influencing factors of machining accuracy of CNC lathe, and puts forward some improvement methods.
