基于安全感体验的后台产品设计要素分析

摘 要:安全感是影响后台产品使用体验的重要因素。文章结合后台产品所特有的业务逻辑性强、专业度高、操作复杂等特点,从安全体验的角度出发,分析了后台产品客观安全性和主观安全感之间的关系,明确了安全体验的关键在于通过界面给用户营造主观安全感,并从界面视觉、交互方式、文案设计三个方面对后台产品进行了安全体验设计分析。

Abstract:Security is an important factor affecting the experience of the backstage products. Combining the characteristics of strong business logic, high professionalism and complicated operation, this article analyzes the relationship between objective security and subjective security of backstage products from the perspective of security experience. The key to defining the security experience is to create a sense of subjective security for the user through the interface. This article analyzes the security experience of backstage products from three aspects: interface vision, interaction mode and copywriting design.
