基于实用性和艺术性二元视角的饮食器具材质混搭设计——以陶瓷、竹木为例

摘 要:蒸锅、砂锅、碗、储粮罐等从古至今都是人们必备的饮食器具。当下各类器具材质多元化发展,饮食器具的材质种类却相对单一。因此本文基于实用性与艺术性的二元视角,从历史发展、材质特征等角度着手分析陶瓷、竹材与饮食器具的关联性,探讨饮食器具中陶瓷、竹材混搭设计的可行性。

Abstract:Steamers, casseroles, bowls, grain storage tanks and so on are all necessary food appliances from ancient times to the present. At present, various kinds of utensils are diversified in development, and the materials of food appliances are relatively simple. Therefore, based on the dual perspective of practicality and artistry, this paper analyzes the relationship between ceramics, bamboo and dietary utensils from the perspective of historical development and material characteristics, and discusses the feasibility of ceramic and bamboo mixed design in dietary utensils.
