农村工业遗址开发模式研究
摘 要：随着近年来城市更新加速，工业遗址改为创意产业园区的作法逐步被接受和广泛运用，成为城市经济发展新的增长点。但是在农村的工业遗址如何保护和利用的研究较少，我国传统工业城市迫切需要产业转型升级，通过对原有的工业遗产（如矿山、废弃建筑物、旧设备）进行保护、开发和再利用，赋予其旅游价值，在农村的工业遗产可以利用当地特色发展成为特色工业旅游小镇，将生产展销、文化创意、休闲游憩等功能有机融合，为工业遗产开辟了全新的发展空间。本文主要分析农村工业遗址的开发模式，希望可以对农村工业遗址的开发和利用具有一定的借鉴性作用。

Abstract：With the acceleration of urban renewal in recent years, the practice of changing industrial sites into creative industrial parks has been gradually accepted and widely used, this has become a new growth point of urban economic development. However, there are few studies on how to protect and utilize the industrial sites in rural areas. The traditional industrial cities in China are need of industrial transformation and upgrading in urgent . Through the protection, development and reuse of the original industrial heritage (such as mines, abandoned buildings, old equipment), the tourism value of the industrial heritage in rural areas can be used. characteristic industrial towns developed with local characteristics will take produce exhibition, cultural creativity, recreation and other functions of organic integration together. This can open up a new space for development for industrial heritage. This paper mainly analyzes the development mode of rural industrial sites. I hope this paper can play a referential role in the development and utilization of rural industrial sites.
