文旅创新背景下宜昌809工业遗产再生设计研究
摘 要：在宜昌近代工业发展沿革里，下牢溪809工业遗产作为发展历程中的重要一员，兼具传承宜昌工业文化和衍生宜昌创新文化业态的历史使命。在文旅创新背景下保护再利用具有重要历史文化价值的809工业遗产、繁荣宜昌文化旅游创意产业，是当今城市经济社会实践热点。文章以宜昌下牢溪809工业遗产的特征及再生方式作为切入点，分析厂区的现状，对现有资源提出设计改造方案，使其再生方式成为当地文化的新载体，开拓创新文化的基地，为工业遗产的改造提供参考。

Abstract：In the course of modern industrial development in Yichang, the 809 industrial heritage of the lower prison, as one of its important carriers, has a historic mission to inherit the industrial culture of Yichang and to derive the innovative culture of Yichang. In the context of cultural tourism innovation, the protection and utilization of the 809 industrial heritage with important historical and cultural values and the prosperity of Yichang cultural tourism creative industry are the hot spots of the current urban economic and social practice. From the features of the 809 industrial heritage of Yichang's lower prison Creek and how to regenerate it, the paper studies the regeneration of the industrial heritage, analyzes the present situation of the factory area, and puts forward the design transformation scheme for the existing transformation mode, making it a new carrier of the culture of Yichang and can develop the innovative culture. It provides a case reference for the transformation of cultural tourism in factories.
