培养独立学院应用型大学生“工匠精神”的路径研究
摘 要：本文提炼“工匠精神”对独立学院应用型人才培养的启迪意义，通过对其内涵和外延分析，探独立学院应用型人才“工匠精神”培养的有效途径，服务学生学业及职业生涯发展。深刻领会和理解“工匠精神”对独立学院应用型人才培养的现实指导意义，赋予支撑学生能力提升及追求卓越的意志品质，科学归纳和提炼“工匠精神”内化于独立学院教育的有效途径，推动独立学院应用型人才培养取得更加优异的效果。

Abstract：This paper summarises the enlightening significance of “artisan spirit” to the applied talent development in independent colleges, through its connotative and denotative analysis, to explore effective approaches to the applied talent training in independent colleges, so that to help students with their academic careers and career development. In-depth comprehension of “artisan spirit” is required for assisting with the applied talent development in independent colleges, in order to support students with the improvement of ability and their qualities of pursing excellence. With the aid of scientific induction and summary of “artisan spirit”, efficient strategies for independent college education can be found to promote the progress of independent college applied talent training.
