面向人体睡眠质量提升的挂立式睡眠灯设计研究
摘 要：本文通过对人体睡眠质量现状的分析，探寻当下睡眠灯的使用现状和存在问题，并针对所发现的问题提出合理化建议，初步探讨挂立式睡眠灯的设计哲学及其个性化心理设计需求，希望对未来人们睡眠质量的提高有所促进。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the current status of human sleep quality, this paper explores the current status and existing problems of sleep lamps, and proposes rationalization suggestions for the problems found. It also discusses the design philosophy of hanging sleep lamps and their individualized psychological design requirements. I hope to promote the improvement of people’s sleep quality in the future.
