在设计心理学指导下的通用设计
摘 要：我国残障人口的占比高达百分之七左右，但在快节奏的日常生活中，鲜有这些弱势群体的身影。本文从弱势群体心理、生理角度分析，探寻弱势群体真正所需，从而避免其逃避、恐惧甚至反感的情绪。完善产品交互系统的难易程度，注重特殊人群的用户体验，以做减法的方式实现通用设计中关于公平、灵活原则。

Abstract：The proportion of the disabled population in China is about 7% but hardly to see them in the fast-paced daily life. This article explores the real needs of vulnerable groups by analysis them from the psychological and physiological point to avoid their escape fear and even feelings of disgust to the society. Improving the degree of difficulty of product interaction system and focusing on the user experience of vulnerable groups to achieve the principle of fairness and flexibility in general design by subtraction.
