通过产品设计促进精细化公共服务
摘 要：我们需要善用物质化的手段去提升非物质化的创新服务，而不是用物质化的手段去阻碍我们实施本来可以是优质的公共管理和服务。用产品设计的方法去改正不真实的、效率低的公共服务，通过它去厘清什么应该是管理，什么应该是公共服务。

Abstract：The creative service of Non-materialization should be improved by the materialized mesures, but it doesn’t mean to hider the public management and service, which could have been good, by the materialized mesures. The methodology of product design helps to improve the unreal and inefficient public service. It also defines what is management and what is public service.
