防冻液自动喷洒系统在装车站的研究与应用
摘 要：本文阐述了选煤厂装车站防冻液自动喷洒系统的组成、工作原理、硬件设计和软件设计等。防冻液喷洒系统分煤流喷洒系统和大臂喷洒系统，煤中喷洒和车皮中喷砂。通过触摸屏和PLC实现集中控制、利用液压作为动力传动和高、中、底三个限位来实现不同车型的选择，加设起喷雷达、测速雷达和停喷雷达实现防冻液在装车系统中的自动化。实际运用表明，该系统设计合理、有效、安全可靠。通过实际使用，验证设计具有控制精度高、实用性强、操作简便和经济效益好的优点。

Abstract：This paper describes the composition, working principle, hardware design and software design of antifreeze automatic spraying system at the loading station of coal preparation plant. Antifreeze spray system is divided into coal flow sprinkler system and arm spray system, coal spray and wagon spray. Through the touch screen and PLC to achieve centralized control, the use of hydraulic power as a power transmission and high, medium and bottom three limits to achieve the choice of different models, add a radar, radar and jet radar to achieve antifreeze in the loading system Of automation. The actual application shows that the system design is reasonable, effective, safe and reliable. Through the actual use, verify the design with high precision control, practical, easy to operate and the advantages of good economic benefits.
