关于热处理工艺对工件线切割加工性能的影响分析

摘 要:慢走丝线切割加工是现代加工制造行业常用的加工技术,具有精度高、表面效果好且适用范围广的优势,在航空航天、军用产品以及模型加工等行业得到了广泛应用。其主要是利用电火花线产生的高温来进行轮廓加工,但由于其中涉及到热、电、磁等复杂反应,使得其加工质量容易受到其他因素的影响。

Abstract:Slow thread cutting is a common processing technology in modern processing and manufacturing industry. It has the advantages of high precision, good surface effect and wide application range. It has been widely used in aerospace, military products and model processing. It is mainly the use of high-temperature wire to produce contours for processing, but because of which involves heat, electricity, magnetic and other complex reactions, so that the processing quality is susceptible to other factors.
