高校大学生设计作品知识产权保护与转化研究
摘 要：每年高校大学生艺术作品都会推出，但是大学生的艺术作品能转化为市场应用的作品却很少，大学生被侵犯知识产权的情况经常出现,网络背景下，大学生的自创作品被抄袭的现象已经出现,大学生自身对法律的认知太过淡薄,与知识产权也未有过太多接触,使之因自身的经济能力有限而被侵权的行为经常发生，根据知识产权的氛围尚在形成过程中，在知识化和经济化并存的社会里，大学生如何对自己的作品进行转化，并有所保护，本文主要通过高校工作室实战的艺术设计作品的转化出发，阐述大学生知识产权的保护和转化，为大学生共享艺术提供更行之有效的平台。

Abstract：Every college students of art, but the art of college students can be converted into market application works rarely, students was infringe intellectual property rights often appear, under the background of network, college student's own work is plagiarism phenomenon has emerged, college students' cognition of the law itself is too weak, contact with not too many of the intellectual property, making them for their own economic ability is limited and the infringement behavior often occur, according to the atmosphere of intellectual property rights is still in the process of formation, coexist in knowledge-based and economization society, college students how to carry on the transformation of their work, and protection, this paper mainly through university Based on the transformation of the studio's actual art design works, this paper expounds the protection and transformation of the intellectual property of college students, and provides a more effective platform for college students to share art.
