以学科竞赛促进工业设计人才培养的途径探索
摘 要：文章分析了国内工业设计发展的历程和时代背景下设计比赛的兴起以及现状，通过国际工业设计联合会（ICSID）对工业设计下的定义为出发点，提出了工业设计人才所必备的素养。目前在国内经济、科技迅速发展，工业设计受到高度重视，竞赛迅速崛起的背景下，从学生与学生之间、企业与学生之间、老师与学生之间三个方面论证了竞赛与工业设计人才培养之间的促进关系，最后得出结论。

Abstract：This article analyzes the history of the development of industrial design in China and the rise and current situation of design competitions under the background of the times. Through the definition of industrial design by (ICSID) of the International Institute of Industrial Design,this Paper puts forward the accomplishments necessary of industrial design talents.At present,under the background of the rapid development of domestic economy and technology, industrial design has been highly valued and the rapid emergence of competition,this article demonstrates the promotion relationship between competition and personnel training of industrial design from three aspects: between students and students, between businesses and students, between teachers and students, and finally comes to a conclusion.
