共享概念下的城市公用自行车服务设计研究
摘 要：以ofo为例探寻城市公用自行车乱象的背后原因，为用户提供更好的共享服务，促进城市与人的和谐发展。本文运用KJ分析法将其归类整理并进行深入探索，找到解决城市公用自行车乱象的方法策略。得出公用自行车服务体系改良设计方案及相应软硬件创新。在共享概念盛行的大环境中，对城市公用自行车的服务创新设计，让广大用户获得更多的合作剩余，使社会成员之间产生愈加广泛的联系，更积极地参与经济社会的发展过程。

Abstract：In order to search for the underlying cause of public bikes’ chaos, ofo was taken as an example. It could provide better shared service and promote the harmonious development. It probed into a way to solve the problem of public bikes’ chaos by using KJ method. It arrived at a schematic design of service system and corresponding soft hardware. With the prevailing concept of sharing, this schematic design could provide more cooperative surplus and it could make members of society contact more by participating in the economic and social development positively.
