基于TRIZ理论的多功能跑步机创新设计

摘 要:针对目前跑步机普遍存在的占用空间大、功能单一、节能效率低等问题,设计一种新型多功能智能跑步机。基于TRIZ理论中将该问题转换为技术矛盾问题,建立跑步机功能组件模型,采用矛盾矩阵工具获取优先推荐创新设计原理,并结合实际选择最佳原理解决设计中的问题。通过TRIZ理论设计的跑步机具有可收纳折叠,造型美观,节能效果明显,功能完善,智能化、信息化程度高等特点。相比传统的产品设计方法,TRIZ创新理论提高了设计效率,缩短了开发周期,在产品创新设计等领域具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:It aims to design a novel multi-functional intelligent treadmill to solve the problems of big volume, less function and poor energy efficiency which existing in the treadmill. The problems are transformed to technical contradiction problem for establishing the functional unit models of treadmill based on TRIZ theory. In addition, the innovation theories are recommended priority via contradiction matrix to solve the problems in the design. A novel treadmill has the features of folding, beautiful modelling, better energy saving, rich function, high intelligence and high information is designed by TRIZ theory. Compared with traditional product design method, the TRIZ theory, which has important guiding significance in the product innovation design application, can improve the design efficiency and shorten development cycles.
