陶瓷手机后盖的应用价值探索
摘 要：探索在5G通信技术广泛应用之后陶瓷材料在手机后盖设计中的应用价值。以氧化锆陶瓷为例分析特种陶瓷材质的物理特性，与手机后盖常用材料进行比对研究。以氧化锆材料为主的特种陶瓷材料具有优良的通信信号透过率、其在硬度、密度及抗弯强度等方面优于手机后盖常用的塑料及金属等材质从而更为坚固耐磨损。该材料有较好的可加工性，能够经过多种加工工艺实现生产，实现手机后盖的多曲面造型设计。氧化锆陶瓷原材料探明储量丰富，是5G时代优秀的非金属手机后盖材料，具有较高的应用价值和广阔的发展前景。
