当代大学生心理症候背景下的禅绕画设计研究
摘 要：目前，越来越多的大学生由于各个因素的影响导致自身的生活、学业和交际等方面出现问题，且无法通过自身能力妥善地解决，从而引发一系列心理症候群症状。禅绕画是一种静心、舒压的绘图方法，通过艺术活动的方式来调节、稳定和治疗精神疾病，促使人格健康成长。本文阐述了当代大学生心理症候背景下的禅绕画设计的意义，并针对大学生心理症候群的问题进行禅绕画设计实践，希望通过视觉语言的方式来表达大学生的心理情绪，产生共鸣。

Abstract：At present, more and more college students have problems in life, study and communication due to the influence of various factors, which cannot be properly solved by their own ability, thus causing a series of psychological symptoms. Zentangle is a method of meditation and pressure relief, through artistic activities to adjust, stabilize and treat mental illness, promote the healthy growth of personality. This paper expounds the significance of the design of zentangle under the background of psychological symptoms of contemporary college students, and carries out the design practice of zentangle aiming at the problems of psychological symptoms of college students, hoping to express the psychological emotions of college students through visual language and generate resonance.
