面向工业设计实验课程的综合实验平台设计探索与实践

摘 要:为提高工业设计专业学生在实验实践环节的综合应用能力,提炼工业设计专业实验教学中存在的问题,基于工程制图、几何建模、有限元分析、传感器应用、编程等工业产品设计技能,结合Rhinoceros外观设计、Solidworks工程设计、C语言编程等工具,提出实现工业设计专业多实验课程教学的综合实验平台,并通过单片机控制、3D打印、机床切割等技术搭建实物模型。在综合实验平台设计环节,融入了工业设计核心课程的实验教学内容,并提出不同环节下建议采用的教学实施方法。该综合实验平台覆盖了工业设计专业多门实验课程的教学内容,有助于系统化锻炼学生的综合实践能力。

Abstract:In order to improve the Industrial Design students’ ability of comprehensive application in experimental practice, the problems in the experimental teaching of Industrial Design were refined. Based on engineering drawing, geometric modeling, finite element analysis, sensor application, programming and other product design skills, combined with the design of physical design by Rhinoceros, engineering design by Solidworks, programming by C language and other tools, we designed a set of comprehensive test platform for multi-experiment course teaching about industrial design, and by means of MCU control, 3D printing, machine tool cutting and other technologies to build a physical model. In the design of comprehensive test platform, the experimental teaching content of the core curriculum of industrial design was incorporated, and the teaching implementation methods recommended in different links were proposed. The comprehensive test platform covers the teaching content of multiple experimental courses for industrial design that systematically exercises the students' comprehensive practical ability, and makes up for the lack of the comprehensive experimental platform in the traditional education.
