联合办公空间的创新设计研究
摘 要：办公空间是焦虑高发的场所，因为这里涉及复杂的人事关系与竞争机制，还伴有密集的脑力活动与创意输出。在共享经济的背景下所诞生的新兴办公模式——联合办公空间，其空间组织形式与运营模式导致它与传统办公空间相比更容易导致焦虑的产生。本文阐述了联合办公空间创新设计的意义与思路。为联合办公空间的设计师和管理者提供方法论依据，同时为室内设计领域提供新的思维方式。

Abstract：Office space is a place where anxiety is high, because it involves complex personnel relations and competition mechanisms, as well as intensive brain activities and creative output. A new office model born in the context of the sharing economy, co-working space, its spatial organization and operating model has led to it being more prone to anxiety than traditional office space. This paper expounds the significance and thinking of creative design of joint office space. Provide methodological basis for designers and managers of co-working spaces and new ways of thinking in the field of interior design.
