木版画压印机的创新设计研究

摘 要:传统木版画压印机是用来制作木刻版画的过程中必不可少的工具。在印制版画之前要先将木刻板放置在工作面上,在木刻板放置在工作面过程中有一个版画对齐的步骤,该步骤要求尽可能保证木刻板前端与上压辊轴线保持平行。目前版画对齐的步骤,完全依靠人经验和感觉,无法有效保证木刻板前端与上压辊轴线保持平行,从而容易导致印纸与木板偏移,印刷模糊的情况发生。针对上述问题,本文对木版画压印机创新设计进行分析,主要面向传统木版画压印机,在结构上为传统木版画压印机设计了一种版画放置校准组件,提出了一种提高印纸与木刻板放置精准度的木版画压印机设计方案。

Abstract:The traditional woodcuts printing machine is an indispensable tool in the process of making woodcut prints. Prior to printing prints will block placed on the work, in the block placed in the process have a print on the working plane alignment step, this step requires as much as possible to ensure block on the front end and the pressure roller line parallel, current prints aligned steps, depend entirely on the person experience and feeling, unable to effectively guarantee the wood board on the front end and the pressure roller line parallel, thus easy to cause the offset printing paper and board, printing and fuzzy.In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes the innovative design of woodblock printing machine, mainly for the traditional woodblock printing machine, in the structure of the traditional woodcuts printing machine designed a woodblock engraving placement calibration components, proposed a woodcuts printing machine to improve the accuracy of the printing paper and the woodblock board placement.
