基于用户体验的轨道交通类APP情感化设计研究
摘 要：随着计算机与通讯技术的发展，轨道交通类APP应运而生，为人们的出行带来了极大的便利，但在用户体验方面仍存在很大的缺陷。本文通过挖掘地铁乘客的潜在需求，从出行场景出发对用户从进站前、进站后、乘坐中、出站前、出站后的全旅程进行情感分析，基于用户体验理论寻找设计优化突破点，探讨轨道交通类APP的情感化设计流程。这对提高城市轨道交通类APP的用户满意度、对智能化的城市轨道交通建设都具有一定的实践意义。
