新零售环境下社区终端超市的服务设计研究
摘 要：目前，在新零售环境下，社区终端超市未来的路该如何前行，其发展趋势怎样，仍需要进行研究和探索。因此文章以新零售环境下社区终端超市为研究对象，并对当下社区超市所面临的问题进行总结和并提出相应的解决策略，以期为我国社区终端超市的未来发展方向和运营方针提供借鉴。

Abstract：At present, under the new retail environment, how to move forward and its development trend of community terminal supermarkets still need to be studied and explored. Therefore, this paper takes community terminal supermarkets under the new retail environment as the research object, summarizes the current problems faced by community supermarkets and puts forward corresponding solutions, in order to provide reference for the future development direction and operation policy of community terminal supermarkets in China.
