面向智慧城市的公路限高系统交互设计研究

摘 要:公共限高系统是一个复杂的产品服务系统,为超高车辆的智慧管理提供了物质产品和非物质服务为一体的综合解决方案,对于智慧城市背景下公路设施设计提供一定的理论参考和实践依据。交互设计成为构建公路限高系统的深层逻辑的关键点,本文研究内容包括:构建服务提供者—服务接收者的契合关系,以较低的社会成本高效地实现系统决策目标;以优质的系统外观融入城市形象体系,提升人在城市中的驾驶体验;面向近场事故管理和远程导航服务两个交互场景,基于用户的行为逻辑合理地规划系统的交互过程,构建基于先进技术的系统交互方式,营造更加人性化、安全和精准的系统交互体验。

Abstract:The public height limit system is a complex product service system that provides a comprehensive solution integrating material products and non-material services for the intelligent management of ultra-high vehicles. It provides a certain theoretical reference and theoretical reference for the design of highway facilities in the context of smart cities. Practice basis. Interaction design has become the key point of the deep logic of building a highway height restriction system. The research content includes: building a service provider-service receiver relationship, achieving system decision-making goals efficiently at low social costs; integrating with high-quality system appearance The urban image system enhances people's driving experience in the city; facing the two interactive scenarios of near-field accident management and remote navigation services, the system's interaction process is rationally planned based on the user's behavior logic, and the system interaction method based on advanced technology is constructed. A more user-friendly, safe and precise system interaction experience.
