基于美学法则的机械装备造型设计研究

摘 要:针对机械装备造型设计而言,其造型的美观性直接影响产品的品牌形象。本文从设计美学的角度出发,以产品设计中的美学基本原理为入手点,首先阐述了美学法则的概念,分别从比例与尺度、统一与变化、对称与均衡、节奏与韵律这四个方面探讨美学法则在机械装备造型设计中的应用。以JWF1317型并条机为例,通过对并条机造型设计中的形态因素、人机和色彩因素进行美学分析和应用,证明以上方法的可行性。本文研究的目的在于提升机械装备造型设计水平,达到产品功能与形式美的完美统一。

Abstract:In terms of mechanical equipment modeling design, the appearance of its modeling directly affects the brand image of the product. This paper from the point of view of design aesthetics, starting with the basic principle of aesthetics in product design, this paper firstly expounds the concept of aesthetic principles, and discusses the application of aesthetic principles in mechanical equipment modeling design from four aspects, namely proportion and scale, unity and change, symmetry and balance, rhythm and rhythm. Taking JWF1317 drawing frame as an example, through aesthetic analysis and application of shape factor, man-machine factor and color factor in drawing frame modeling design, the feasibility of the above method is proved. The purpose of this paper is to improve the design level of mechanical equipment and achieve the perfect unity of product function and form beauty.
