基于人机工程学的偏心连接件改良设计研究

摘 要:传统偏心连接件“三合一”中的预埋螺母体积小、质量轻,在安装的时候不易拾取、不易对孔,给安装带来一定的不便性,影响工人心理与组装效率。本文运用人机工程学原理分析柜体安装过程中的人机因素,总结出影响效率的因素,并结合人体参数与柜体装配尺寸的要求,对预埋螺母的外观尺寸及结构进行改良设计。希望为同类产品的改良设计提供新的思路与方法。

Abstract:The embedded nut in the traditional eccentric connector "three-in-one" is small in size and light in weight, so it is not easy to pick up and align holes during the installation, which brings inconvenience to installation, affects workers' psychology and reduces assembly efficiency. In this paper, the principle of human machine engineering analyzed the man-machine factors in the process of cabinet installation, summarized and analyzed the factors affecting the efficiency, combined with the human body parameters and the requirements of cabinet assembly size, the appearance size and structure of the embedded nuts were improved design. Finally,it should provide new ideas and methods for improving the design of similar products.
