基于服务设计理念的校园餐饮无人配送系统设计研究

摘 要:随着经济发展与科技进步,校园服务也更加数字化、智能化。本文从服务设计理念切入研究,以构建校园餐饮无人配送系统为研究目的。基于服务设计理念,提出校园餐饮无人配送系统的设计方法与内容,以期为未来校园餐饮无人配送服务提供可借鉴的方法指导,探索未来智慧校园的餐饮服务,创造美好校园餐饮新体验。

Abstract:With economic development and technological progress, campus services have become more digital and intelligent. This article cuts into research from the concept of service design, with the purpose of constructing an unmanned distribution system for campus catering. Based on the service design concept, the design method and content of the campus catering unmanned distribution system are proposed, in order to provide guidance for future campus catering unmanned distribution services, explore the catering services of the future smart campus, and create a beautiful new campus dining experience.
