基于TRIZ理论的并条机造型创新设计

摘 要:为了满足对并条机综合品质日益提高的要求,通过产品和设计现状分析并结合TRIZ创新设计理论,找到一种基于TRIZ理论的并条机造型创新设计方法。文章首先对并条机进行了产品和设计现状分析,发现并条机在造型设计上缺乏合理性,因此以提高并条机的安全性,树立全新的设备形象为设计目标;然后,运用TRIZ理论的创新原理和矛盾矩阵,利用分割、维数变化等原理进行并条机的造型设计;最后,结合造型要素、人机工程学、色彩设计获取更优的造型设计方案。为相关纺织机械设备的设计构思提供了创新思路的可行性,并为工业设备的升级改造提供实例参考。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of increasing comprehensive quality of drawing frame, through the analysis of product and design status and combining with TRIZ innovative design theory, a drawing frame modeling innovative design method based on TRIZ theory was found. First of all, the product and design status of drawing frame are analyzed. It is found that the drawing frame lacks rationality in modeling design. The design goal is to improve the safety of drawing frame and establish a new equipment image. Based on the innovation principle and contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory, the drawing frame is designed by using the principles of segmentation and dimension change, and a better modeling design scheme is obtained by combining the modeling elements, ergonomics and color design, which provides the feasibility of innovative ideas for the design concept of related textile machinery and equipment, and provides an example reference for the upgrading and transformation of industrial equipment.
