创意蛋糕的情感化设计研究

摘 要:当下烘焙行业盛行,创意蛋糕广受欢迎。本文基于情感化设计的三层次理论,分析人们的情感需求,阐明创意蛋糕情感化设计的价值。结合实例分析及笔者创作实践经历,总结创意蛋糕情感化设计的相关方法。提出在感官层关注色彩、图文及五感整合,行为层级对专属定制及互动的重要性,反思层级需结合文化记忆。从情感化设计的角度为蛋糕艺术提供理论借鉴,便于创意蛋糕更加多元化发展,满足现代人的情感需求。

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standard, baking industry is booming, and creative cakes are popular. this paper based on the three-level theory of emotional design, this paper analyzes people's emotional needs and clarifies the value of emotional design of creative cake. Based on the case analysis and the author's creative practice experience, the relevant methods of creative cake emotional design are summarized. It is proposed that the sensory layer should pay attention to the integration of color, text and five senses, the importance of the behavior level for exclusive customization and interaction, and the reflection level should be combined with the cultural memory. It provides theoretical reference for cake art from the perspective of design science, facilitates the diversified development of creative cake, and meets the emotional needs of modern people.
