高校非物质文化遗产传承创新产业人才培养模式构建
摘 要：高校非物质文化遗产传承创新产业人才培养模式的构建对区域发展、文化产业转型升级的重要性毋庸置疑。为此，本文重点梳理了非物质文化遗产传承创新产业人才培养方式现状，并有的放矢地构建高效的人才培养模式，以期为传承非物质文化遗产谋得新出路，助推非物质文化遗产于新时代下焕发新的生机。

Abstract：the importance of constructing a talent training model for the intangible cultural heritage inheritance and innovation industry in colleges and universities is undoubtedly important for regional development and cultural industry transformation and upgrading. To this end, this article focuses on the status quo of talent training methods for the intangible cultural heritage inheritance and innovation industry, and aims to construct an efficient talent training model, with a view to finding a new way for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and promoting the intangible cultural heritage culture in the new era. The era is full of vitality.
