基于用户体验的商场导购服务机器人设计研究
摘 要:文章研究的目的是为了探讨用户体验理念在商场导购服务机器人产品设计中的应用,以提升顾客的使用体验。根据诺曼情感设计的三个层次提炼出产品设计的三大体验要素,并依此对如何提升导购机器人产品的使用体验进行探究,归纳与此类体验相吻合的设计要素,从多角度探索切实可行的设计方法。以期为提升导购服务机器人产品的用户体验提供设计思路。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of the concept of user experience in the product design of shopping guide service robots, and to improve the customer experience. According to Norman's experience hierarchy theory, the product has three experience elements. Based on this, it explores how to improve the experience of using shopping guide robot products, summarizes the design elements consistent with such experience, and explores feasible design methods from multiple perspectives. In order to improve the shopping guide service robot product user experience to provide design ideas.
