基于Kinect体感交互技术的共焦显微镜作业空间设计研究

摘 要:多光谱共焦显微镜为新型生物显微镜,可广泛应用于生物学、医学、环境保护、食品检测等领域。根据人机尺寸关系进行显微镜作业空间优化设计,提高其使用效率。通过Kinect实验手段及定性化分析与评价方法,结合加权平均法,最终确定共焦显微镜作业空间布局方案。

Abstract:Confocal microscope is a new type of biological microscope, widely used in biology, medicine, environmental protection, food inspection and other fields. According to the reasonable size of the man-machine relationship, the layout scheme of the working space is designed. Through the method of Kinect quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, combined with the weighted average method to screen of the working space layout.
