基于心理模型的生理期APP优化设计探索
摘 要：文章采用半结构化访谈与问卷调研相结合的研究方法，收集整理女性用户使用生理期APP的实际体验反馈，提炼女性用户对于生理期APP界面视觉美学和行为操作模式的偏好，同时分析了建立用户心理模型对于优化生理期APP的优势，最终结合前期调研结果提出部分基于心理模型的优化设计策略。本文研究旨在为生理期APP的优化提供设计思路，进而优化用户体验。

Abstract：Using semi-structured interview and questionnaire research method, this paper collects and sorts out the feedback of female users'actual experience of using menstrual period APP, and extracts the preference of female users'visual aesthetics and behavior operation mode of the APP interface during menstrual period APP. This paper analyzes the advantages of building user's mental model for optimizing menstrual period APP, and finally puts forward some optimization design strategies based on mental model combined with the preliminary investigation results, the purpose of this research is to provide a design idea for optimizing menstrual period APP, so as to optimize the user experience.
