旧工业建筑的改造与再利用研究
摘 要：本文立足于旧工业建筑改造问题，结合资源再利用环保理念，以期实现建筑空间的可持续发展，重新赋予旧工业建筑以生命力。本文首先阐述了国内外工业建筑的改造与再利用现状，然后阐述了工业建筑的改造与再利用的方法，最后赋予实践。以期为我国旧工业建筑的改造与再利用具有一定的借鉴作用，同时希望人们开始关注和投入到旧工业建筑的改造与再利用实践当中。

Abstract：Based on the reconstruction of old industrial buildings, combined with the concept of resource reuse and environmental protection, in order to realize the sustainable development of architectural space, this paper intends to re endow the old buildings in the old city with vitality. This paper first expounds the current situation of the transformation and reuse of industrial buildings at home and abroad, then expounds the methods of the transformation and reuse of industrial buildings, and finally gives practice. It is hoped that people will start to pay attention to and invest in the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings.
