老年人出行服务触点设计策略研究
摘 要：本文从服务设计的视角出发，首先，梳理了老年人出行服务现状；其次，分析了老年人出行服务触点设计的意义；最后，提出了老年人出行服务触点设计的策略。通过本文的研究，以期提升老年人出行体验。

Abstract：From the perspective of service design, this article first sorts out the current situation of elderly travel services; secondly, analyzes the significance of the design of the elderly travel service contacts; finally, proposes the strategy of the elderly travel service contact design. Through the research of this article, we hope to improve the travel experience of the elderly.
