基于用户研究的自助贩卖机设计
摘 要：自助贩卖机作为无人化新零售的现实场景化产品，可借助用户调研进行自助贩卖机设计。文章着重阐述了基于用户研究的自主贩卖机设计流程，并赋予实践。以期自助贩卖机更具科技感与时尚感，让其能更好地融入使用场景，满足使用者的需求。

Abstract：As a real scene-based product of unmanned new retail, self-service vending machine can be self-service vending machine design with the help of user research. This paper focuses on the process of autonomous vending machine design based on user research and gives practice. In the hope that the self-service vending machine has a more sense of technology and fashion, so that it can better integrate into the use scene, meet the users' perception and needs of behavior.
