基于用户体验的智慧医疗终端服务设计研究
摘 要：文章从不同用户群体对于智慧医疗服务接受能力的差异性和智慧医疗终端的可用性、易用性等方面出发，将使用情境与用户体验的动作和情感等方面作为设计主要关注点。通过调查研究方法，整合改善现有的资源，合理地对智慧医疗终端造型和界面、软件和硬件进行探究设计。完成了智慧医疗终端的优化，增强了用户获得感。通过研究进一步说明了人性化的用户体验对于智慧医疗终端服务设计的重要性，同时也为智慧医疗终端服务设计在未来的研究提供了学术参考。

Abstract：This paper starting from the differences in the acceptance ability of different user groups for intelligent medical services and the usability and ease of use of intelligent medical terminals, the design focuses on the action and emotion of use situation and user experience. Through investigation and research methods, integrate and improve the existing resources, reasonably explore and design the intelligent medical terminal modeling and interface, software and hardware. Completed the optimization of the intelligent medical terminal, enhanced the sense of user access. It further illustrates the importance of humanized user experience for the design of intelligent medical terminal service, and provides academic reference for the future research of intelligent medical terminal service design.
